Information you provide
Enquiry and booking-request forms can collect your name, email, phone number, destination interest, travel window, party size, budget and message. Later travel work may require passenger and document information through controlled business processes.
How it is used
We use submitted details to respond, qualify the request, prepare a quotation, operate an accepted booking, provide support and maintain the customer history needed for that service.
CRM and device storage
Submitted enquiries are stored in the protected travel CRM. A limited reference can also be stored in your browser so My Trips can show the request on that device. Clearing browser data removes the device copy, not the business record.
Sharing
Information is shared with authorised team members and, after you proceed, only with suppliers or service providers needed to quote, book, operate, secure or support the trip. We do not claim to sell customer data.
Security and access
The admin workspace uses authenticated access, role controls and audit records. No online system is risk-free; sensitive passenger documents and payment information require restricted handling.
Retention and choices
Records are retained for service, finance, dispute and legal needs appropriate to the booking. Contact the travel desk to request correction or to ask how a record is being used; some records may need to be retained where law or an active booking requires it.
External services
WhatsApp, email, maps, payment providers and other integrations have their own privacy practices when enabled. No provider is represented as connected until it is configured.
