An enquiry can be withdrawn without a booking cancellation charge because no booking exists. Any third-party service purchased separately at your request follows the written terms shared for it.
After confirmation
Recoverable amounts depend on the cancellation date and the rules of each confirmed supplier. The quotation identifies important non-refundable items, payment milestones and the applicable cancellation basis before you accept.
Traveller-requested changes
We first check whether dates, names, rooms or route components can be amended. A change is applied only after the available option, supplier fee and fare difference are explained.
Weather and access
Unsafe roads, official closures, aviation decisions, sea conditions or government restrictions may require an alternative route. A changed activity is not automatically a cancelled trip; the team seeks the safest meaningful alternative under the supplier terms.
Group departures
Any minimum operating requirement, decision point and option if the minimum is not reached must appear in the written quotation. A published date alone is not represented as a confirmed seat.
Refund handling
Where a supplier approves a refund, processing begins after the supplier returns the recoverable amount and necessary bank details are verified. The team records refunds against the original booking and payment history.
Insurance
Suitable travel insurance may cover circumstances that supplier terms do not. Cover, exclusions and claim decisions belong to the selected insurer; insurance is not implied as included.
